Do you have a gratitude practice?
Do you have a gratitude practice?
I’ll admit it...I was skeptical at first. Years ago, when introduced to the idea, I balked. Just ONE MORE thing to do, right? And could it really make that big of a difference?
Y E S! That’s the answer. I’m here to tell you. It changes things.
There is always something to be grateful for, even if we have to look harder some days. The more you look, the more you will find.
That’s why it’s called a gratitude PRACTICE. Our practice grows and strengthens with time. Soon, we don’t have to look as hard. Eventually, it becomes easy.

Yoga and mindfulness teach us to be present. Be grateful for the here and now. There is so much beauty in each day. It’s there, waiting for us- to be thankful - to appreciate - to acknowledge. The light is everywhere. Accept the invitation. Embody the light.
We DO have room for gratitude. In fact, it creates space- for good things.
